Renaissance West Community Initiative (RWCI) is driving a collaborative approach to holistic community redevelopment. The redevelopment of Boulevard Homes provides the neighborhood the opportunity to benefit from a holistic community development effort. The Renaissance West Community Initiative is working to ensure children and families in this community have the resources they need to be successful, including a premier educational village.

Education is the Centerpiece

The newly constructed school will serve as a centerpiece for the community, and integrate wraparound services, such as health care and academic enrichment programs. As a community school, the facility will be open extended hours and provide additional services, programs, and community activities.
