With over 25 years of experience in advocacy and policy strategy, Davon brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to his new role.
Davon has led lobbying efforts, Political Action Committees, and grassroots campaigns throughout his career — driving action on a variety of policy issues and demonstrating his commitment to effecting positive change in communities.
Passionate about building and empowering leaders, Davon specializes in designing strategies that leverage the latest messaging techniques and advocacy technologies. His approach prioritizes relationships while also delivering measurable results.
In addition to his professional accomplishments, Davon has dedicated himself to serving local communities. He has served as a court-appointed Prince William County Zoning Appeals board member and Commissioner for the Virginia Housing Development Authority (VHDA).
Davon’s contributions to advocacy have been recognized on multiple occasions, with prestigious awards from the National Institute of Lobbying and Ethics and the Advocacy Association. These honors celebrate his innovation in leadership and mentorship, as nominated by his peers in Washington, DC. He has also made appearances on the CSPAN television network, syndicated talk shows, and radio, and has authored a political column for a local newspaper for 12 years.
Beyond his professional endeavors, Gray is a 12-year veteran of the United States Army National Guard and Reserves. Davon has been married to his wife, Sherri, for 28 years, and the couple have two adult daughters.
