Othello Meadows

President & CEO, Seventy Five North Revitalization Corp.

Othello H. Meadows III is a native of Omaha, Nebraska and currently serves as President & CEO of Seventy Five North Revitalization Corp., a community revitalization and development organization. Prior to this position, Mr. Meadows was Executive Director of the Omaha Workforce Collaborative, a non-profit housed at the Omaha Chamber of Commerce, designed to restructure the workforce development efforts of the Omaha metropolitan area. Meadows returned home after nearly 15 years in order to run a non-partisan voter registration drive that registered over 10,000 new voters in eastern Omaha prior to the 2008 presidential election.

Before returning to Omaha, Meadows operated his own law firm, Othello H. Meadows, P.C. in Atlanta, Georgia where his practice focused on criminal defense, family law, and general civil litigation. Mr. Meadows attended East Carolina University in Greenville, North Carolina on a basketball scholarship and earned his BA in Psychology in 1997. He later received his Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law in 2004.

Carol Naughton

President, Purpose Built Communities

Carol Naughton has been a leader in comprehensive community revitalization for more than 20 years and was a founding staff member of Purpose Built Communities. The work she has led has been recognized as uniquely successful by many, including Warren Buffett, Ben Bernanke, the White House Office of Neighborhood Revitalization, the Urban Land Institute and the Secretaries of the U.S. Departments of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Education.

She is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law and was Executive Editor of the Emory Law Journal, and graduated cum laude with an AB in Political Science from Colgate University. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Low Income Investment Fund (LIIF), the Board of Advisors of the Build Healthy Places Network, and Board Member of Drew Charter School.

Community Development Associate, Purpose Built Communities

Alexandra Wiggins supports current Network Members and assists new prospects as a Community Development Advisor for Purpose Built Communities. Alex is a recent graduate of Louisiana State University Paul M. Hebert Law Center where she received her Juris Doctor as well as a Graduate Diploma in Comparative Law.
