Here’s a bit about our new team members and their roles.


Amy Clear, Director of Development

Amy Clear will play a crucial role in advancing Purpose Built’s vision for equitable community development by building the Purpose Built brand externally through donor cultivation, stewardship, and solicitation. Clear is a seasoned fundraising professional, formerly serving as a manager at Coxe Curry & Associates. There, she provided strategic fundraising counsel and management to dozens of Atlanta-area nonprofits across capacities ranging from capital campaigns to board development to general fundraising consulting. Her work has spanned sectors such as homelessness and housing, social services, and education.


Amy Odle, Executive Assistant and Coordinator

Amy Odle will provide critical administrative support to the Purpose Built Network Member Services team, as well as lead tour logistics and event planning. With her varied background, Odle brings unique perspective and experience to her role at Purpose Built Communities. Prior to Purpose Built Communities, she worked at Wesley International Academy in Atlanta as an executive assistant, front office manager, and human resources assistant. She also works as a bookkeeper for Remerge, a nonprofit facilitating collaborative opportunities to accelerate belonging & flourishing in local communities. Odle formerly spent 17 years working for Starbucks managing several stores and opening new stores in both the United States and the United Kingdom.


Kelli Ashwell, Executive Assistant and Coordinator

Kelli Ashwell will provide key administrative support to the Purpose Built Strategy and Impact team. With nearly 10 years of experience as an administrative professional, Kelli is passionate about helping her teams succeed. Prior to Purpose Built Communities, Kelli worked at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta as an Executive Assistant and has a background supporting entrepreneurial and legal offices.


Linda Roberts, Human Resources and Office Manager

Linda Roberts, who has been with Purpose Built Communities for 13 years, is moving into a new role as Human Resources and Office Manager. She will continue to be an invaluable asset to our team, ensuring that Purpose Built Communities attracts, retains, and develops top talent.


As we continue to grow and strengthen the value we bring to our Network and the field, we are excited about the expertise and fresh perspectives each new team member and role brings to Purpose Built Communities.
