The goal of his program is to prepare leaders to have a systemic impact on the American education sector. Prior to this role, Ben served as a principal in Denver, CO, where he led a high school to improve two tiers on the state’s school accountability system. In addition to supporting high-quality schools, he is energized by the potential to improve conditions in neighborhoods so that all children can reach their full potential.
